Placement of Order:
Our clients can contact us by filling the Contact Us Form online or they can email to us their projects defining their requirements and project’s specifications in terms of language combination, subject matter, deadline, number of source words, etc.

Acknowledgment of Receipt:
Our clients will receive an Acknowledgment of Receipt in which we will confirm the receipt of the project and determine the pricing and the due date for delivery, in addition to other details that we deem necessary.

Launching of the Project:
In the event of an agreement, the project will be launched and the assignment process will take place immediately.  The client will receive a Project Launching Notification.

Assignment of a Translator:
Projects are always assigned to specialist translators who have large experience in the subject matter of the given project.

The project leader who is contacted by the clients will take note of their requirements, id est, the specific terminology, the format of the text, the writing style, etc. and s/he will communicate them to the assigned translator.

Research:
The translator will read the texts, make sure s/he has completely understood them, surf the web for similar topics to retrieve the terminology that is commonly used in the subject, create the relevant glossary, and, if need be, s/he will contact professionals operating in the concerned field to have a better understanding of the subject matter.

Translation:
The project leader will follow up the assigned translator to make sure all the pre-translation phases are fulfilled.  The translator will start translating into the target language. Upon the successful completion of the translation, the translator will forward the document to the proofreader.

Proofreading:
The proofreader will review the translation and make sure that it is consistent and free of grammar/spelling mistakes and false meanings.

Delivery:
Upon completion of all the phases of the translation and proofreading process, the final product will be delivered to our clients by email.

After-Service Support:
We only deliver high quality translation that meets the professionalism standards. Should the client have inquiries or need to bring minor modifications to the translated information, we will do the necessary until the translation is fully satisfactory to the client.
